Although we realise that we can’t make all of
the people happy all of the time, Jane and I and our loyal staff have
made a life time of trying. They say, “don’t read your own press.” We
get both compliments and criticism all of which, against
popular wisdom, we take on board looking for trends and ways to
improve. The criticisms can sometimes be disheartening and the
compliments rewarding but then there are those that are just plain
